It is our intent to deliver rich media content for the sole purpose of engaging, cultivating and enlightening women and girls who are seeking to SHIFT!
The BFW site evolves as women evolve and is a matrix for change. BFW features historical, current and future projections on women’s roles in society; strategic plans and action items; interactive leadership development programs for girls; courses for women in all stages of life; and a variety of other special features. Girls and women connect and share insights, information, and Pearls of Wisdom.
BFW also sets the stage for Blueprint for Womanhood: Reinventing Ourselves at Every Age, a special, life-shifting event held in Phoenix, Arizona during the month of May. Blueprint for Womanhood – The Event - is a cross cultural, inter-generational event where women come together to listen, learn and share our wisdom. This thought-provoking experience is designed to inspire, motivate and empower. Special guest facilitators, trainers and speakers from around the world engage and stimulate the senses through interactive workshops and unique activities.

Reinventing Ourselves at Every Age
On May 8, 2010, girls who have completed the Rites of Passage Culture and Leadership Development Program will make their transition into womanhood during the Blueprint for Womanhood - Rites of Passage Ceremony. Join us for this life-shifting event where the community grants permission for the girls to move forward on their journey.
